Pension question [message #236518] Mo, 09 Mai 2005 18:41
Sheepy
I have been contracted out of Serps for a few years now. The money has been
going into a private pension. My previous employers have not had an
Employment Pension scheme, they paid contributions into a Private Pension.
My new employers have a Group Pension Plan, what are the rules regarding the
contracted out Private Pension, must stop it or can it continue?

Cheers.

You can remain contracted out via this scheme if you wish. What you do is
not related to being in or not in your employer's scheme.
