Our client is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services
Authority and is a member of the London Stock Exchange. They have over
9,000 offices across the United States and Canada and over 100 in the
UK. They are looking to expand still further throughout the United
Kingdom. Comprehensive and thorough training is given to those who want
to build and run their own business as if it were their own, but with
all resources and support of a large, well established company. While
under training a basic salary will be paid.
The first nine weeks of training will lead to the completion of the
Stock Exchange examinations and FPC 3 & 4. (Exemptions have been
allowed for FPC1 & 2)
Training continues in tandem with building your business. During this
time small amounts of commission will be generated and 'milestone'
bonus earned. At the end of year 1 the CF5 examination should be passed
which will allow the Investment Representative to be competent in
pension and estate planning. Earnings at the end of year two will be
circa =A335k.
This position calls for dedication, determination, enthusiasm,
commitment and lots of hard work. It is essential to pass the industry
exams within the initial nine weeks training. Long hours of study are
necessary to achieve this target. It is also essential to cold call and
develop your business. After about a year an office at your chosen
location will be opened. An administrator will be provided and fully
funded, postage and telephones will be subsidised by 50% with generous
allowances given for sales literature and advertising. Earnings
potential in uncapped and one can reasonably expect after 5 years, an
income of =A3100k.
