Can anyone tell me where I can get copies of previously issued P45s or
P60s. Previously employer won't co-operate.
Good luck!

As far as P60's are concerned, try the Inland Revenue?
P45's, maybe the same approach (fortunately never had one!).

The Inland revenue should be able to give you copy P45s, and P14s which
contain the same information as the P60.

That's because it says very clearly on the form "a duplicate
of this form cannot be issued" As this is pre-printed on the
blank pro-formas that the revenue issue this must be a
IR rule.
Why do you need them?

Tosh!
Check out HMRC's booklet E10(2006)
["Finishing the tax year ..."] , page 22:-
"Part 7 - Form P60 ...... If an employee
asks for another copy you may issue a
duplicate. Any duplicate must be clearly
marked with the word 'DUPLICATE'."

I needed one to prove my parents income while trying to apply for my student
loan. They didn't send the form but they sent all the infdormation in a
letter that would have been on it.

You wouldn't perhaps like to reconeider your reply
and be rude next time?

I have been to my gargae and collected my
company stuff. I have several P60s for previous
years that say "do not destroy" "A duplicate
cannot be issued".
I note that last year's only says "do not destroy"
so presumably the rules have changed and my
info is out of date. That's fine, but I do think a
polite reply would be nice, it's not as if I do this
for a living.
