"We consider that a contract term is likely to be unfair if it
requires consumers to pay more as a result of a default than the court would
order them to pay if they were sued for breach of contract"

The Banks Damage Limitation Exercise. It is common practice for a bank to
offer only half of the money claimed or even less than half! in some cases.
Do not accept less than the full amount. The bank charges are illegal,
unfair and a penalty against you as a consumer.

1. You don't provide secure registration.
2. Which one is "tellus" field?
3. Now that I am registered, is it any chance to "Login to Site"?

Secure Registration has not been implemented into the site because we do not
ask for personally identifiable information such as Bank Account Details,
Address Details or Telephone Number.

The registration stage is initially for statistical purposes only and to
enable the site to monitor user interest in the subject.

SSL128 Encryption will be implemented at such a stage as when the
requirement for personally identifiable information is being requested on
the registration pages.

I am sorry you may have found the site registration difficult and should you
have problems with logging into the site please email your authentic ID with
your issue to info [at] bankchargesrefunded.co.uk.

The issue that you raised with the form field "tellus" has now been changed
to make it clearer as to what form field it actually relates to.

Again should you have any problems logging into the site please email the
above with your authentic ID.

Regards

Malcolm
