cocked up on the tax cert.... the gross interest is actually identified as
the net interest ... the only thing that is right is the tax paid!
It doesn't give me a bundle of confidence.

At least they have the balls to admit their cock-up (I got an email from
them this afternoon). Most other banks I know would only think about
doing something if you pointed it out to them
