Hi,
I have a son working abroad who is looking to put some of his regular
monthly savings into some unit trust based fund which has exposure to
equities, either wholly in the UK or globally.
I'm not looking for comments about future performance - obviously, but
would like recommendations for funds taking into account charges,
general admin and ease of dealing with fund managers concerned.
Usual TIA
RB

that is really the first decision to make.
Do you want to invest in big UK companies, small US companies, emerging
markets etc etc.

A manager with consistantly better than average performance is worth paying
higher charges for.

Is as good a place as any to help with the confusion.
