A and B are married.
A has credit card debt of manageable size. However B has gone in at the
deep end and cannot keep up repayments. Can B enter into an IVA alone,
not involving A or A's finances, even though they are married?
(Selling their house is not an option and there is not enough equity in
the property for a remortgage.)
