It's what happened in America. FED rate hikes and the first place
people will want out of is foreign exposure. It's happening over
broader foreign indexes. I sold Russian holdings a week or more ago on
a nasty downturn for one day and did OK. Sweet if and when to ride
sustained through an upward momentum play, though proportionately
brutal when making an ill-timed entrance or lingering too long. Oh,
well - buy low if you've a yen to ride it back up.
