Growth & Income vs IRA holdings

Going thru my portfolio and reviewing the IRA's
Debating about staying the course with Fidelity G&I,
as the performance was only about 8%
compared to my other holdings -
Yet the market may be changing from last year.
Suggestions and observations ?

IRA - mine -
Fidelity Overseas 20% of the pie
Fidelity Growth 20%
Fidelity Growth & Income 60%

IRA - hers -
Fidelity SE Asia 23% of the pie
Fidelity Conv Securities 27%
Fidelity Growth & Income 50%

Don't compare it to other holdings, compare it to its peers.

I should move from the Fidelity Growth & Income -
Not sure where just yet,
have been looking at Fidelity's list of 5-star funds.
With so many funds in the same grouping,
it's hard to tell them apart based on objectives, style, etc ?

Also - on the Overseas ---> Div Intl - can't, it's closed to new
investors,
but I have Div Intl in my normal account, just not my IRA account.
