I don't have widespread experience, but my 401K is at Principal and their
int'l funds are the only thing supporting the dips in Large Cap Index, Med
Blend and Small Co. funds (-0.2% YTD for my mix). Their Int'l Small is up
4.28% YTD (down from 7-8% earlier 2005) and Int'l Growth is up 2.80 YTD.
But I transferred money that was only down 1% into Int'l Growth while in a
dip, so my return on that money is better than that.

What I had in Int'l Small gained 30% in 2004. In past years it has
fluctuated from +86% to -40%, for average over 16%.
