Lower Lows, Lower Highs

My charts seem to suggest that we continue to drift sideways, and
actually down. Lower lows, with lower highs on the bounce for
Internationals funds, LC, MC, SC. Only bonds, CDs, and money market
funds seem to be working for me these days.

I'm not aggressive enough to buy some of Bob's short funds! Are we
having fun yet!
