Offshore and No-Load

I am looking for Offshore funds which are also No-Load. Anybody can
help?

Think you can invest in an "offshore" fund and avoid taxes? Better

Anyone who's watched Vila pound a nail or saw a 2x4 knows how
incompetent he is at construction, as will the records of Janis vs.
Vila, a construction job botched by him. Bob Vila is nothing but that
lowest form of life, a dishonest and incompetent salesman.
