403B Advice

For the past several years I have been putting into a 403B with
Fidelity.
Now my company has decided to change company's to JP Morgan.
Along with what I already have my company will take what they have
put into a retirement for the last 13 yrs for me and I will be able
to also put that into a 403B.
My Fidelity funds have done so so, From what I can gather JP Morgan
wouldnt be on the top of many lists to invest in.
I know I can roll what I have now in a 403 into any company I wish
and I believe my retirement money also, I just wont be able to invest
anymore into it and would have to invest into a JP Morgan fund here
on.
Would I be better off rolling my 403 from Fidelity and retirement
into say a Vanguard 403 fund and do the pay deduction into the Jp
Morgan or should I keep all into the JP funds?
JP Morgan doesnt give me many choices in Funds but I have considered
the ARWIX retirment fund, any thing wrong with this or theses types of
funds? I got about another 23 years till retirement and I need to make
some strong decisions and when it comes to Investing into funds it
might as well be written in another language!
Thanks

Generally speaking, you may effect a 90-24 transfer from one 403(b) to
another 403(b), without separating from service. Some custodians don't like
this freedom, an do everything they can to prevent it. Some will charge fees
just for making the transfer, or closing the account. Read the fine print.
