Self-Employed Seeks Mortgage Pro
am 16.07.2005 03:00:03 von MyxoNasticI am selling my primary in CA, buying new primary in NC. My last two
refi's have been NINA. When I go to buy in NC, I will have no
installments, no revolving, no encumbrances (no bankruptcies,
ali-money, child supp't, etc.), and ~40% to put toward closing.
I have not been self-employed for two complete tax years yet, so I only
have one 1040C to show. I just received a two-year $200K contract as
1099, not W-2.
The easiest question I can think to ask is: Can I get a 30-year fixed
FHA product?
If not, what can you recommend?
I am open to answering general and clarifying questions, and thank for
in advance your valuable time.
