Property Taxes in NY

Does anyone know how much property taxes will increase if I were to put
vinyl siding on the house as opposed to painting?

It is very doubtful that you will change the value of the house by
merely adding new siding instead of painting. You will have saved on
the cost of fuel and repainting and this alone should justify the
siding investment, anyway. When you sell your home the investment will
be considered negligible in comparison with the rise of value due to
inflation and home stortages anyway.
