PLOT FOR FREE IN THE POLISH DRAWIENSKI NATIONAL PARK NEIGHBORHOOD
I will sell for a nominal price of 1 euro 10000 square meters plot in
the neighborhood of National Park of river Drawa (inforest settlement:
Wygon 2, commune Bierzwnik, province Zachodniopomorskie
(West-Pomeranian). From Berlin Airport - ca 190 kilometers. The plot is
fenced, it has a 23 years old forest (with mushrooms), a lake, an
island, water, telephone and electricity (380V and 15KV), etc.
Surrounding area is very beautiful - nearby there are 16 lakes, 22
reserves, National Park (4 km through the forest to the Park's border).
It lies on the edge of Wygon village by the fork of asphalt roads to
Szczecin. Directly from the plot there is an access to the hundreds of
hectar of Drawska Primeval Forest, biotopes a'la Amazon, forgotten
pathes. Future investor can build everything there - except nature
harmful investments. For example: sport, recreation, relax, widely
understood wood industry, palettes, sawdust, training centres, survival
schools, old people's house, foundations, societies, non-standart
raisings (out of the way), etc. And also possibility of passive relax:
2 pubs, beaches, horse rides, cycles, enduro, jeep (state-owned forest,
enter is not forbidden), canoeing trips (on Drawam Korytnica, Plociczna
rivers), fishing, hunting (hunting centre on place), shooting etc.

Investor is needed, who will declare investments,
HAS SUITABLE FINANCIAL RESOURCES AND WILL MAKE WORK (JOB) PLACE(S)!

For foreign investor - possibility of donation or long-term lease (for
example 50 years).

Second proposal

I sincerely inform that I am looking for a serious company to sign the
contract with, allowing me to do international and multi-langual
auction system for people from the VIP zone. What do I need and what am
I looking for? Main director of this site there on the USA, some bank
(can be "offshore"), some bank like escrow.com, some interesting
internet domain name owned by the company owner, some small funds for
me as for a 5% shareholder in this operation. I have already developed
a software for such as small auction system, which has many forms of
sale, many more than for example polish auction system, allegro.pl or
qxl.com and a little more than famous ebay.com. My software differs
from those mentioned above, because it is very easy to translate the
interface on any world language. Such an ebay, qxl, etc has a different
layout, different version and different server for every language
version. In my version, everything is on one server only and in one
database. Applying new language versions is very easy and discreet,
without changing the address to for example index_pl, index_en etc.
Administration of this system can be handed over to some of your
employees, that for example has nothing to do at the moment. I
personally can handle looking after the system, looking afer its
efficiency, for some salary. Language file (words, phrases, sentences)
