Vancouver BC Ca. We have very high prices here . article does not
mention Immigration which is a big factor in our market. The Chinese
pay cash so they not care out price. The long term trend is up. They
are not making any more land and the world population is getting
bigger all the time. China has billions not millions billions of people
who want to move to better places. Prices will not come down. May be
a little when the interest rate's go up. Do not believe what you read.
