A way to take advantage/hedge against declining real estate prices

There is a note comming out tommorow that is linked to the decline in
the PHLX Housing Sector Index. It is a 4.5 year principal protected
note. After 4.5 years holders of the note will received either their
principal or the apreciated value of the note, whichever is greater. If
anyone is interested in information on how to get participate in this
note, let me know.
