Does anyone know for sure what, if any, type of liens may be wiped out
by a judicial foreclosure in Florida? I've read conflicting acoounts
on this topic. Its too soon for me to pay a lawyer to find out.
Thanks in advance,
Ed

This is a hypothetical question to someone familiar with Florida law.
Does it matter who initiated it? Liens refers to type: 1st morgage,
mechanics, code vilations and so forth. Thanks
