Fort Mcmurry Alberta Ca. They have the tar sands project with billi0ons
of barrels of oil. Just buy a couple of rental houses and get a local
agent to rent them for you.

Don't know what price range you are looking at, but don't overlook the
central valley of California as well, such as Fresno, Bakersfied, etc.

Hi

i'm an investor just like yourself, only i live in San Diego, CA.
i've recently sold all my CA property and have moved all my investments
to Utah. i believe
Utah will run 50-64% over the next 3 years, with certain key areas
experiencing more.
i've hooked up with builders who are investor friendly and a team who
finds lease-option tenants.
i have a full-time job as a software programmer, so i need something
that relatively low-hassle.

if you'd like more info, send me an email at

Nirav.

I've been hearing that Salt Lake City is undervalued. Is that still
true? What will make those prices jump? What are the demographics of
the area?

More speculators rushing in from other areas and states.

I was just there a few weeks ago...on the island $1 Mil +
Off the island some newer places in the $100s...however doesn't seem to be
much economy to support more of a vacation spot
