I would like to know what fidelity fund is the closest to Scudders
Global Fund-Class S (SCOBX).
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Since Scudder Global Fund is a global (world) fund, just look for
Fidelity global funds. There's only one - Fidelity Worldwide (FWWFX).

You can find this fund by using Fidelity's fund screener, at:

Check "World Stock" in the first section (Investment Category), and in
the next section (Fund Family), select Fidelity.

It's not a great match -
Scudder is 3/4 foreign, while Fidelity is only 1/2 foreign
Scudder more closely tracks an MSCI emerging markets index (much more
heavy investment in Asian emerging markets, Russia, etc.)

But that's the best you'll do, since the only international funds with
heavy US investments are world funds (by definition).
