Year Round Camp on Horseshoe Pond in W. Gardiner, ME for Sale

I have a one bedroom, open concept camp on a pond in Maine (which is
attached to Cobbossee Stream). I have lived here year round for five years,
but I need to move to Canada. It has 125+ feet of water frontage, nice
quiet neighborhood (everyone lives here year round, so even if you chose to
use it as a camp, people would be around to watch it); there is great
fishing, boating, tubing, jetskiing, etc. The taxes are very inexpensive
(750 a year), I only used 500 to 600 gallons of oil to heat the camp the
entire year, it has its own private well and septic tank. You can sit on the
big deck and watch the wildlife and enjoy your coffee in the morning. It
is not far from the bigger cities, if you want some nightlife: less than an
hour to Portland, Lewiston, Augusta, Waterville. An hour and a half to
Ogunquit and places in southern Maine. I have recently reduced the price to
135000, which is a steal, but if you made the realtor an offer of 130000, I
would accept it. If you are in the market for a nice year round camp in a
nice spot with good neighbors, then this is a great deal. I can't make any
plans to move to Canada until after the sale of my home. Serious inquiries
only, please. Thanks.
