hello all,
i am studying for my real estate saleperson license. i have two
questions:
1: if a real estate broker has only 3 years of experience but tell his
clients he has 6 years of outstanding experience. What kind of
misrepresentation he committed?
2: A real estate sale agent working for her seller and try to sale the
house for the full listing price. She tells her buyer, will negotiate
for them with the best possible price. However, she also tells her
buyer there are few offers are lower then what they offer. What is the
problem here? Is she become a dual agent? Is she still working for the
seller?

It's called telling a lie.

The problem is called telling a lie.

It depends. Did he have experience before he got licensed? Personal
experience? What do you interpret as "experience?" Schools give degrees and
credits based on "life experience." Some like to use the phrase "combined
experience."

No, telling a lie is using a fake e-mail address that is a live domain. Now
privacy.net gets all the spam and bounces thanks to your lie. Set up a throw
away yahoo or hotmail account and use that.

You've just shown me that you don't know what you're talking about.

Once again, you've shown me that you don't know what you're talking about,
by your assumption that I have any interest or intent to "become a realtor."

let me rephrase question 1 a little bit.
> 1: if a real estate broker has only 3 years of experience but tell his

> misrepresentation he committed?
Question 1: He is exaggerated about his experience.
Question 2: Thats all the info on the exam.
