What do you guys think about the return on the New Zealand CD?
That's like a guranteed 15% a year!!
Am I missing something obvious here?
Any positive or negative experience with Everbank?
I know, I know...not related to mutual funds.

Where do you get 15% a year?
The yields given at the site below are "APY," or "annual percentage yield."

I recall someone commenting about them a year or so ago. Search

"David, we have one called Income Fund of Boston that has paid us between 8
and 16% for over 10 years. For the past two years, total return has been
right at 30%. It beats the pants off the stocks we have ratholed at
Scottrade."

Fund inception date: 1-1-1996.
I wonder how the poster got in early.
The past 2 years were 2004 and 2003 were they not?
Total returns were 10.7% and 29.4% respectively.
I wonder how the poster got 30% for each of those years.
This is a junk bond fund that is slightly ahead of the category average.
EVIBX.
The 10 year average annual total return was 7.87% through 7/31/05.
I wonder how the poster got between 8% and 16% for over 10 years.
