Multiple payment locations? - on Rental Pay or Quit (eviction) notice.

The current (residential) tenants have been better than average, but have been shorting rent for while. Something has
happened that they cannot afford the rental anymore.
We (landlord) will serve Three-Day Pay Rent or Quit Notice.

During the past years, rent has usually been collected at one of the tenant's workplace or at the rental location.
Also, sample 3-day notices (found online) and my own look at civil code, show that 3-Day Notice needs to include landlord's
phone and address.
To deal with both points, I've added an additional range of hours within which payment can be arranged at the tenant's
residence (the rental location)

Could offering additional option(s) legal risk landlord's 3 Day Notice? Seems unlikely, butÂ… ignorant of precedent, I feel we
should be paranoid.

WATCH OUT - follow local/state L & T law and don't give 3 day notice in
violation of that law - or you will get you ass in a sling.

SEE A LAWYER.
