Need a coach

Hi to all,

I have been asked to prepare a 5 days/4nights real estate seminar for
the board of directors of the largest French real estate network in
France: ORPI (www.orpi.com).

I need a "coach" to help me organise this seminar and was wondering if
you could help.There would be 5 to 6 people - Best time would probable
be in the early spring of 2006.

For convenience, the U.S east coast sems more appropriate (jet lag and
travelling time)

The idea is to mix working sessions in the morning hours using visio
presentation and talks with more relaxed times in the afternoon.
- Meeting with professionnals.
- Visiting and "large" network office.
- Visiting and talking with an independant real estate agent.
- "seen" the tools used.
- Viewing an open house perhaps.

All this in very well chosen an representative areas / offices.

The goal of this trip would be to get a "current picture" of the real
estate market status and trends

- Review the latest professionnal tools.
- Marketing strategy.
- Network brands market share and positions.
- FSBO market share and position.
- International potential agreements.

Any other suggestions which would help get the "clearest" pictures of
the U.S real estate "World" today.
