has made multiple errors on the processing of my purchase of a home in
February of 2005.

I have received over 18 notices about errors on amounts due, corrected
paperwork, etc., etc., after the seller made the choice to go with
them. The sellers Linda Storhoff and Gary Storhoff, their real estate
agent, Craig Frigaard and broker Vince Hackett (of Alpha Real Estate /
Alpha Realty) also have some questionable situations that I am bringing
to the attention of the governing agencies.

The number of errors has been horrendous. Now, in late August, I am
receiving another bill (signed by escrow officer Kathy Deichler) that
THEY did not pay out of escrow.

Possession of the house was delayed too, as they made errors that held
things up. I'll save the rest for my official complaints filed with
the state.

It is amateur hour here in Southern Nevada when it comes to real
estate. Lots of people who've been in the business for under 5 years
and not enough wisdom behind them... Coming out of San Diego, I was
spoiled by a 20-year agent and finance guys who were in their business
just as long.
