Looking for Real Estate Investors

My real estate investment group is looking for real estate investors. We
buy properties (pre-foreclosure, divorce, etc.) and flip them to investors.

We currently work in the southern Michigan market and are expanding to
include Las Vegas, Nevada; and Austin, Texas.

If you are a real estate investor interested in any of these markets, please
send an e-mail to the address below with contact information (however you
would like to be contacted, phone, e-mail, etc.), and as much information
regarding the type of property you are interested in as possible, such as
(single-family, multi-family, etc.), price range, size of down payment you
are willing to pay if any, etc etc etc, include as much information as
possible so you are only contacted for those properties that are of
interest.

Also include information regarding any properties you may currently have for
sale in case they meet the criteria of others.

I will not disclose, sell, or distribute your contact information to any one
and will only contact you if I have a property available that meets your
criteria.
