If buyer waives inspection is the Form 17 still required?

I have a buyer who waived the inspection and I was wondering if that
also waives their right to receive the Form 17.

Any help would be appreciated!

You fill out two (2) #2653-7sbc6 (Revised Ed #2) in TRIPLICATE,
stand on one foot (anyone) and jump up and down!
