This condo is in the historic part of SoBeach, Miami Beach, is priced at
300k but since is at 3 blocks from the water, and 2 of restaurants and clubs
this baby in 3 months will fetch 450k why? due to scarcity. The historical
part is only a few blocks and that's it.

Just wait for 3 months and sell it for the $450,000, instead of now
for only $300,000. No use giving away the equity in such a short
period of time
