When you pay the deposit, you sign a contract to purchase the house.
You can then sell the contract in 6-12 months time reaping the profit or you
can complete on the property.
This is off plan investment and the completion date is dependent on the
whole development, it is nearly always greater than 6 months as for an
investor you need time for the investment to grow.
Should you decide to complete on the property then you have the guaranteed
rental.
The deposit is non-refundable, so selling the contract or the property once
complete are your options.

OH great...non-refundable....you could be gathering all the deposits
and run with them without finishing the supposed project.
EEEK....seen to many of those around.

We are not in the business of ripping people off, to make a statement like
that without even reviewing the literature on the developments and the
developments that have already been completed is fool hardy on your part.
Do you even know how much property has increased in the Costa Calida region
over the last 5 years, do you know what the average cost of a villa is in
the Costa Calida and finally why did the company that is offering these
deals sell all of their properties on one development at the Property
investment show at Excel in London at the weekend.
Seeking references and sound legal advise is always the best way of
determining whether an investment is sound or not .
