(suburb on west side of Houston). 3/2/2, 1685 square feet has new carpet,
central air conditioning & heat, dishwasher, hot water heater, front & back
doors, and garage doors. Has nice sized front and back yards with trees.
House is currently being repainted (inside & out) and having other
repairs/updates done -- but that is stopped now waiting for buyer to
complete.

I need a quick sale because I am buying another house. Houses in the

Why not just finance it at the appraised rate and get the $77564 that
you are wanting. That way you get both the money you want and able to
keep the house, or at least then be able to sell it with no money down
and just take over the payments.
