Recently laid off, seeking purchasing advice
am 11.10.2005 07:37:37 von bluebrains
Hello,
I was recently laid off, seeking purchasing advice. Are there any
programs, loans, etc... that would help me to get into a house instead
of continuing to rent. Basically, I'm looking for an alternative to
renting in order to get my feet back on the groud. Any advice will be
appreciated.
Regards,
TS

Are you nuts? A house is a major financial commitment. If you
are not independently wealthy, then you at least have to have
a job that can support a house. In the mean time, renting is
exactly where you should be until you get your feet back on the
ground. Besides, renting is a major bargain right now compared
to the cost of living in house after the big price run-up.
