Attn Agents: Need an assistant to create your marketing fliers?

I am a seasoned Real Estate assistant willing to help. In addition to
marketing fliers, I also offer a la carte items, such as:

--Researching and Identifying Neighboring Properties/Users

--Abstracting Leases
--Tracking Tenant Info
--Collecting Rent
--Other Projects as needed

I have been in commercial real estate since 1993 and have decided to
freelance in order to assist other residential and commercial
brokerages and agents who don't have the time or the computer skills to
create marketing pieces. Sure, there are templates and tools that make
it easier than it used to be, but there's no personal attention or
feel. I create the pieces with the agent's focus and specifications in
mind.
