I am a 30 year old single male with no children.
I wish to become a buy to let investor/landlord.


I already have =A310,000(approx 18k usa dollar) . If I were to take a
job paying for =A312to14k ($20to25k usa dollar) a year. After 3 to
6months, would I be able to borrow the money to buy a
=A320to40k($36to72k usa dollar) ,maybe even =A350k($90k usa dollar)
buy-to-let house (either here in the UK, Europe, Canada or in the USA)?



Or would my income be deemed too low.
