wanted-north central florida, property with old barn, run-down warehouse,quonset, etc

need property with run-down storage building, old warehouse, large
garage, pole barn etc, in or very near central Alachua
county/Gainesville area, 600 sq ft minimum storage area, needs concrete
floor, space need not all be in one building, but prefer all on one lot.
can be in 'bad to horrible' condition. will rent OR buy. may or may NOT
have a house on property - primarily interested in the "dead storage"
space...if no building on it meets the description and is
-existing-now-, I have no interest.
