Regarding this so-called "Scam Warning". I personally know the weasel
who cowardly posted this message. Simply put, he just did not want to
pay his credit card bill for services rendered in full for real estate
training. He wanted to learn how to buy foreclosures. He purchased two
separate sessions and wrote a signed letter of complete satisfaction.
Then when his credit card bill came in the mail, he tried to charge it
back through his bank. The little weasel was turned down flat by HIS
bank and he was denied the charge back. This slanderous message was
posted only days after he received notice that his charge back was
denied. Affidavits are available from satisfied customers for training
sessions on buying foreclosures. A court issued subpoena is being
prepared for all records. Civil Lawsuit is pending against slanderous,
malicious and deceitful person for his felonious acts. Outcome will be
posted as soon as possible.
