New Real Estate Message board for Philadelphia

I have recently started a new website called
www.philadelphiarealestate1.com. The site is a message board that is
designed to provide a forum for any and everybody who is involved in
the Philadelphia real estate market. Whether you are a home buyer,
seller, in or out of state investor, landlord, flipper, or builder,
this message board is for you. The board was designed so that people
who have questions can go on, post their question, and receive a timely
response from other members who have experience. The board will also
serve the purpose of providing a central location where ground breaking
news regarding new constuction, condo conversion, up and coming
neighborhoods, property tax, mortgage information, and any other topic
that may arise can be posted, discussed, and debated. If you come
across any news or info that you feel might be useful please post. The
goal is to create a community of informed home buyers and sellers so we
can all make the most of our money and receive services with the least
amount of hassle. So welcome! Please browse the board, make posts, and
grow with us. If you feel that there is something that needs to be
discussed and there is not the appropiate forum to do so email me and I
