Looking for ways of using land.

Looking for ways of using land.

I have 1 acre of clear land downtown that I cleared of an old building. The
land is in a choice place in our town but will probably be a year or two
before it's true value is realized. I am looking for something to do with
the land now. I am willing to do anything that will be advantageous. I do
not need the money at this time but would like to at least make enough to
pay the taxes etc. I would consider swapping for a more desirable asset. Any
ideas how you go about find someone?

Rent out craft or flea market tables. Rent to a food truck. Hook up with a
shed dealer that can display their sheds. Allow people to sell their cars
and collect a fee for the use of the land.
