There are web sites saying they will buy your house without your paying
any realtor fees. Are they any good? Since their plan is to resell your
hosue at a profit, I don't think they will offer a price as a good as a
"real" buyer would.
They rarely pay market price for it, and if they do then it's usually
on their terms. Like vendor-take-back mortgage, etc.
