Costa Rican property Question!?!?!

Heya all,

I have a property I'd like to buy in Costa Rica and I understand that
as foreign investor i will be required to purchase a corporation to buy
the property.

My question is this...can an Australian Family Trust purchase a Costa
Rican Corporation?
