Info for article.

I am a freelance writer preparing an article on real estate for a
national mag. I recieved good information from this book. (PURE PROFITS
by Al Auger) I did get to speak with the author. I need an amatuers
point of view on any experiences with realtors, infomercial materials
real estate related, and any ways that you evaluate a potential
property for investment? Good or bad is great.
