I Am Looking for Mechanical Investing Strategies

Anyone know where to look? They would probably be either timing or momentum
ones. As long as they're backtested, volatility means nothing save
psychological security. A company or a financial planner which specializes
in setting up such a system would be great, too. A whole list of strategies
would be superlative, though ones involving mutual funds would be fine, too.
