Energy Funds in 2006

Is energy a good investment for 2006? Is the market going to panic at
the next hurricane season? I'm trying to decide whether or not to
invest in a general energy fund (specifically ICENX) for the coming
year. Overall in the past 5 years ICENX seems to have done well, and I
tend to think that trend will continue. I'm sure the days of cheap oil
are over.
