Where are commercial properties advertised?

Where would one look for apartment complexes and such for sale ? Do
owners list these on MLS, newspaper? Or are they adverstised in some
other place?

Some are listed on realtor.com.. others will be listed with commecial
brokers. Just search for commercial brokers in your area
