you need to know that the managers, Donna and Harry Landsberg, were
covert operators and had their positions in order to manipulate
tentants' lives.
Neil Schiff, the owner for most of those years, probably was not aware,

Donna and Harry had the keys to all apartments. If you installed a
deadbolt you would have given them a key and this would have been
stored in Donna' office (off the Clubhouse.)
They specialize in mind control and disorientation methods and
interfering with romantic relationships.
I have learned, since trying to divorce/divorcing my husband, that the
government's primary purpose is in controlling relationships.
