finding historical local area appreciation rates

finding historical local area appreciation rates

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone knew how I could get the historical
apprecation rates for real estate in the San Francisco Bay Area? I'm
interested in 5-year, 10-year, 20-year, 30-year and 50-year timeframes.

The media's filled with 1-month ... 1-year timeframes, but this isn't
too helpful to me.

Thanks in advance.

The MLS publishes statistics and they have archives.
