Starting a real estate corporation

Hello all,

I am looking to start a real estate investment corporation. Primarily
to buy and sell land in the United States. Any insight on what is the
best structure (sole prop., S-Corp) to use? This is a part-time
endeavor.

Also, any other general advice will be greatly appreciated.

The LLC is the most common business structure due to flexibility, single
level tax etc.

If you are a foreign investor, you need expert tax and legal advice.
Do NOT buy a do it yourself book! Get real help and good luck!
