Investment Mortgages

Hi, I'm about to start searching for a lender to provide an investment
mortgage.

I'm considering buying an investment property in Connecticut. Can
anyone recommend some reputable lenders that do investment mortgages?
Alternatively are there web sites that provide info on investment
lenders?

Any info is appreciated.

What kind of property are you looking to buy? Is it single family, 2
unit, 3 unit etc?
