I'll use a graph of Amex Oil Index and Philadelphia Oil Service Index
along with two riser fund controls.
Although the Money Flow is still relatively low, in Philly's instance,
I suspect, there may be fundamentals in play over an interim for a
continued overall mean momentum to potentially downplay. Both Slow and
Fast Stochastic Oscillator speeds of impulse pricing, defined as a buy
indication for a rising at %K of %D, %K, in both instances are at verge
for eclipsing %D. And, whereas a Relative Strength for issues does
confirm continued buoyancy, an accelerated Rate of Change follows
through most of December at cross-overs that appear to be consistent
with Moving Averages Convergence/Divergence, as further supportive of a
classic Stochastic "buy" interpretation.
